Supplier Warranties

All products offered on EMEGLIN.COM are covered by the supplier’s warranty, if available. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us, and we will help facilitate communication with the appropriate supplier.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

1. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, modifications, or storage conditions.
2. If replacement parts are required after the warranty period, inspection fees may apply according to the supplier’s policy.
3. During the warranty period, the following conditions may result in the rejection of a claim by the supplier:
A. Missing warranty card or proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
B. The warranty period has expired.
C. Damage caused by disassembly or modification.
D. Damage due to user error or improper handling.
E. Long-term storage in harsh conditions.
F. Natural wear and discoloration due to use.
